Shanikua m brown

Shanikua Brown is a faith-based author and storyteller whose work explores healing, identity, and transformation through Jesus Christ. She writes for readers who are searching for purpose after pain—especially millennial and Gen Z women raised in faith who are now learning to walk in wholeness.

Her memoir, I Know What My Father Is, takes readers through her personal journey of growing up in a religious household, facing deep emotional wounds, and discovering God’s love beyond performance or perfection. Shanikua’s writing is raw, redemptive, and filled with conviction—blending personal storytelling with spiritual truth.

Outside of writing, she’s spent years helping others bring their own stories to life through coaching, editing, and publishing support. Whether through her upcoming book This Is How Jesus Heals or her online faith series, Shanikua creates spaces for honest conversations about healing, holiness, and freedom in Christ.

Her mission is simple: to show that healing isn’t about self-help—it’s about surrender.
